“Our stay at Playa Grande Resort was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located with incredible views and easy access to everything in Cabo. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was top-notch. The food, pools, and overall atmosphere made for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We truly felt taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas!”

“We enjoyed the resort very much, rooms were nice and clean each day. Very nice resort with a variety of pools, and the temperature of each pool was slightly different which gave you warmer or cooler options. Poolside service was great, Ricardo was exceptional. The food on site was great, we enjoyed going to Brigantine restaurant. Another convenience was being less than 10min walk to the marina. The entertainment crew were a lot of fun, special thanks to Sarah, Leylane, Edgar, Orlando, Isaac and Rodrigo. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again”

“This was our third stay at The Playa Grande Resort. We visited the Playa Grande Resort for almost two weeks beginning the last week of May 2026. We truly enjoyed the views of the water where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. The views of the water, the rock formations and the mountains were breathtaking! Everyday, it reminded us of God, our Creator! We had some amazing service while eating at the Brigatin, Calima, The Villas, and Lobby Bar restaurants on the resort. The servers who stood out for us were Jonathan and Daniel at the Lobby Bar, Cirilo at the Villas, Florencio at the Brigatin, and Isela, Areli, and Johnnie at the Calima. These servers went above and beyond with an unparalleled level of service! Thank you! And we cannot forget the outstanding service and cleaning we received in our resort unit from Ricardo! Wow! Ricardo cleaned the room everyday as if we were the only room he had to clean. He left everything restocked and the entire unit was spotless...inside and outside! Thank you, Ricardo! And what can we say about the amazing and wonderful front desk, concierge, and bell hop personnel? Simply put, they were exceptionally responsive! From the moment we walked into the beautiful and clean lobby, we were impressed! Thank you, to all of the lobby, concierge and bell hop employees! The grounds of the resort were immaculate! It seemed that every grounds employee did his or her work with pride and precision! Well done! RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: We could not provide an honest review without noting areas that can be improved to enhance the resort's overall appeal. We recommend the following: Consider updating furniture, appliances, and TVs in the units. We understand that the Playa Grande management may have already started this improvement project, and just had not gotten around to the unit we were in. Still, we enjoyed our unit, so this recommendation is simply to make The Playa Grande Resort a stellar resort in every way! Just a final note: We gave the "Rooms" 3-stars; if there had been a 3-75 star, we would have chosen that one. The "Bottomline" is that if you're looking for a resort where one can relax, yet have a wonderful time, the Playa Grande Resort is the place to be! Thanks again to all the wonderful staff at The Playa Grande for another wonderful and memorable vacation. We can hardly wait to return!!”
